    Phase 1 (Stability) is intentionally designed to prepare your body for calisthenics.


    Most beginners lack deep-core activation, joint stability, and postural control, which leads to compensating, sloppy technique, overuse injuries, and slow progress.

    By completing Phase 1 first, you will:

    • Activate the stabiliser muscles that protect your spine
    • Correct posture habits that make calisthenics harder
    • Improve shoulder, hip, and core stability
    • Reduce tension in the neck, hips, and lower back
    • Build the foundation needed to lift your own bodyweight safely
  • You do not need previous experience to start. This bundle is designed for people starting from zero or returning after a long break.

    Phase 1 is gentle, slow-paced, and focused on control, breathing, and stable movement.
    You do NOT need:

    • flexibility
    • fitness experience
    • strength
    • cardio endurance

    You only need to follow the guided sessions at your own pace.

    By the time you reach Phase 2, you will feel noticeably more stable and confident.

  • It depends on your pace, but here’s the typical timeline:

    • Phase 1 (Stability): 30 days3 sessions per week20–30 minutes each
    • Phase 2 (Calisthenics): 8–12+ weeksDepending on your progression speedIncludes warm-ups, strength work & mobility

    Most people complete the full bundle within 10–14 weeks, but you can go slower if needed, you have lifetime access.

  • Phase 1:

    • A bar for passive hangs (helpful but not mandatory)
    • A sturdy chair, stool, or step
    • Floor space for core and stability work

    Phase 2:

    • Ideally a pull-up bar (doorway, outdoor, or gym)
    • A chair or box for variations
    • Optional bands for easier pull-up progressions

    If you don’t have everything, the phase 2 program provides home-friendly alternatives for many exercises.

  • Phase 1:

    • About 20–30 minutes per session
    • Slow-paced and beginner-friendly
    • Repeat the same weekly routine 3X for consistency

    Phase 2:

    • 30–45 minutes depending on the workout
    • Includes warm-ups, strength, mobility, and skills

    I'm doing the level 1 workouts and I find them appropriate for a beginner like me. So the experience is positive.

    It would be nice if there was the possibility to print the workout tables in PDF for each level with the rest times.

    Slowly Getting Stronger 🥲

    I bought this program at the start of Feb so it’s only been a couple of months, but I can feel myself getting stronger. Before I started, I couldn’t even do a pull up with a resistance band assisting me and now I can. I can lift myself a little more too without it. I’m still on level 2 for my push and pull and I do additional movements, but I’m so happy I bought this program! Calisthenics really gave me confidence in my strength 😭
