INNER UNIT grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Digital Products for personal purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.


3. Prohibited Activities

The User agrees not to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any aspect of the Digital Products.
  • Share access to the Digital Products with third parties without explicit written consent from INNER UNIT™
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Digital Products.



4. Intellectual Property

The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Digital Products are owned by Upgrade Your Life Pty Ltd AND INNER UNIT™ and Melissa Yahyaoglu. The User agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Digital Products without the express written consent of Upgrade Your Life Pty Ltd AND INNER UNIT™


5. Enforcement of Prohibitions

Upgrade Your Life Pty Ltd AND INNER UNIT™ reserves the right to monitor the use of its Digital Products to ensure compliance with these terms. Any unauthorized use or violation of the terms will result in immediate termination of the User's license and may be subject to legal action.


6. Termination

Upgrade Your Life Pty Ltd AND INNER UNIT™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Digital Products at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that UPGRADEYOURLIFE believes violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or Us

 

7. Refund Policy Agreement

By engaging with our products and services at

Upgrade Your Life Pty Ltd AND INNER UNIT™, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy for Digital Goods. We strive to provide high-quality digital products, and in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions on our non refunds for Digital Goods.
